STI OFFERS A RANGE OF SKILLS CERTIFICATION
Those currently available are:
Certificate in Service Desk Skills Levels 1 & 2
Certificate in Support Skills
Certificate in Telephone Skills
These certificates take the form of online tests and are available after standard training courses or as
part of self-study packages. They enable candidates to demonstrate proven knowledge levels.
