"Certificate in Service Desk Skills" self study package at just £99 (+VAT).
This is based on our Service Desk Professional One course and includes
candidates taking our "Certificate in Service Desk Skills" exam online.
All candidates receive a detailed workbook with many sample exam questions.
They can then take the exam online whenever they feel ready.
This could be a very cost effective way of getting all team
members to be certificate holders.
