STI has been presenting Helpdesk courses regularly since 1989. Our Helpdesk training is certainly the longest established in the UK and probably Europe. We also provide consultancy services varying from assisting with recruitment interviewing through to service implementation.

We regularly run public courses at 7 venues around the UK. Dates are published for a year in advance. We can also run all courses on-site and we often do so at weekends.
