STI has been presenting service management training since 1989. Our courses are the longest established in the UK and probably Europe. We have recently rebranded our Helpdesk courses to Service Desk. This is in response to industry trends and to make the courses ITIL compatible.

We regularly run public courses at 7 venues around the UK. We can also run all courses on-site and we often do so at weekends.

We also provide consultancy services varying from assisting with recruitment interviewing through to service implementation.
