STI Certification
STI offers a range of skills certification.
This is based upon material covered on
the standard courses.
Those currently available are:
>> Certificate in Service Desk Skills
>> Certificate in Support Skills
>> Certificate in Telephone Skills
These certificates take the form of a written
examination and are optional at the end of our
standard training courses. They enable candidates
to walk away from the training with proven skill
levels. Previous course attendees should contact
us if they wish to seek certification.
We are still an Authorised Training Partner for Service Desk Institute (SDI) and licensed to present their Certified Service Desk Analyst and Manager programmes.
We
have ITIL certified trainers and consultants,
fully experienced in the ITIL environment.
